Wallace Chapman of fashion blog street and city photos and political show Back Benches married the very beautiful and stylish Tabitha Bryan in classic vintage style a few weeks ago and I was lucky enough to capture the day….

Please excuse me if I gush, I got more than a little bit excited about this wedding. I absolutely love a bit of Art Deco style, and so when I went to catch up with Suani & Luke in the week before their wedding and found myself in an Art Deco apartment kitted out with Art Deco furniture I knew I was in some serious Art Deco loving company. Suani found her vintage gowns at The Vintage Emporium in Brick Lane. You can see and read more over on Oh Lovely Day blog about all the lovely DIY details, right down to the handmade bunting for the cake. Suani & Luke’s wedding sums up everything I absolutely love about photographing weddings. Being transported by beauty and by beautiful people. Not just talking physical beauty. Completely transported.
You may recognize Michele + Dan from my website. I can barely believe it has been 7 years since I photographed their wedding. Happy anniversary Michele and Dan! They are still as gorgeous as ever and now have a family with super cute twins. Looking forward to our next shoot this week (fingers crossed for nice weather).

Marc Jacobs turnlock clutch, gold snakeskin Jimmy Choos, Agent Provocateur… sigh. Joanna painted a fantastic picture of when they went off to purchase said ‘gold snakeskin shoes’… vision of Rob stunt cycling through London with a Jimmy Choo’s strapped to his back. What a gentleman. I have recently started using VSCO filters. Makes digital look like old film stock. I am loving it, what do you think?
