So how’s this for a gorgeous modern summery wedding.  I’ve been saving this one for the depths of winter to remind us all of what a summer wedding is all about!  Check out the flowers… the colours are just so bright and fresh.  It makes me so darn happy every time I look at them, and they gave everyone so much joy on the day.  How super cool is it to have Miss Crabb dresses as bridesmaids dresses?  All light and floaty, now those ARE dresses you can wear again.

Teresa & Mark at Hotel De Brett Part 1

As soon as I met Teresa & Mark I felt like I had met kindred spirits!   And when I found out they were getting ready at Hotel de Brett my heart began to sing.  Dion had surprised me with a night there a year or so ago, so I had plenty of time to admire the interiors…. don’t you especially love the striped carpet? The interiors are very mid century cool.  Also there is a large natural light artrium which came in very handy on the day as outside it was wild and wet.  We also had to include the famous art deco bar, of course! Soon to come…. venturing outside into the wild weather & their wedding at Mantells.

Super Cool
